The above pictures were taken the last week of October.  The scenery looked different this morning when it was cold and raining and there was a brief dusting of snow on the tops of the mountains:

  5. It's hard to call the "autumn" all that blooming festival! As I came from the land of four seasons, it reminds me of spring! And that grasshopper looks amazing, so different colors.

  15. My post was all ready to go this morning when it was raining but as soon as I hit the post key and looked up just as the clouds lifted and snow appeared. Just my luck.
    A little strange and cold for our November but happy to have some rain.
