Greetings from the Sonoran Desert! Clouds and colors were happening in the sky here this morning and I am pleased to share them with you.
Wow, even a sweet little virga rainbow! The rain evaporated before reaching the ground. All this before 7:00AM. Rain is not in our weather forecast for today; it's supposed to be mostly sunny and the temperature is expected to reach 108f.

Lovely dawn colors. We are forcast to be 104 here next week. Not too hot by your standards but too hot for me. We'll head for the mountains for some cooler weather. Eric and family will join us next week.
Awesome photos, Diane! I really like the composition of the tile roof and mountain one. Wish that virga would turn into some moisture for you!

Oh...those are beautiful skies. There is nothing like a good road trip across the desert for scenic skies. Gotta do that "today!" We're off to Palm Springs...only 1 hour drive, but, it's still considered a road trip, I think.
Beautiful shots of the sky over desert. Very lovely colors.
The sky ablaze, the sky multicoloured... Plain marvellous!

Beautiful. So many colours.
I love pictures of sky. I've often thought that no matter where you are in the world, the sky is friendly because it doesn't change. But I'm not sure that's true...the colors you have are so vibrant! Truly lovely. Thanks for sharing!
