Chicopee Sunrise

Chicopee is a charming city located in Hampden County in Western Massachusetts. It is part of the Springfield, Mass. Metropolitan area. These pictures are from one morning in early July, beginning with the view from the upstairs office/guestroom window and then from walking around the neighborhood.

I've been having such fun visiting my daughter, son-in-law and their baby TJ in Chicopee, while my guys take care of the house and garden in Tucson, AZ.  Life is sweet. :)

Love the last photo. The colors and light are so soft unlike the strong Arizona light.
I really am intrigued by photos of reflections.
Tucson awaits.... monsoon are trying to start everyday and today just might be the day !

cheers, parsnip

Fun to see a desert-dweller's view of New England. Happy visiting, and happy Skywatching, too!

Hi Diane! It's nice to see these photos of my "home" state!

Tyler is getting very grown-up looking; esp. in that top picture.

What a lovely area. I know you must be enjoying your family time. I know it has been hot on the East Coast, but you picked a good time to leave AZ!

Gorgeous pictures!

I especially love the bottom one - the heart on the screen door.

I would like to feature this cute heart on a future Guest Heart Thursday, may I?
