Great shots!Hungry Birds
I've never been there; thanks for these views.
What a cutie, we were on the same wavelength today. Love my squirrel buddies.
Eyes half shut, sitting in the sun, the good life in Southern California!
It is always nice when the mass of summer people leave and the beach is quiet again.Love the spotted coat.cheers, parsnip
I like this guy.Looks like he owns the place.
your photos are all beautiful but the second is my favorite
That beach is gorgeous! Oh, would that I could see a sunset on the Pacific coast again!
Beautiful photos! I didn't know that squirrels live near the beach. Bye!
I didnt know that squireel dont look alike heheh because this squirrel has different look with the squirrels in our back yardhttp://www.sheaky.com/2010/10/camera-critters-our-visitor.html
Your ground squirrels are lucky to be living at the beach. There's a large colony of Richardson's Ground Squirrels down the street from us, in the bike park. They seem to have achieved some sort of peaceful coexistence with hordes of boys on BMX bikes, but they are very dusty little critters.Enjoyed your photos. Looks like the beach life is good, as your ground squirrels look much better than ours. LOLKay, Alberta
Lovely shots of the squirrel. Love the second shot the most. He is such a cutie.
That is one healthy ground squirrel:)
cute squirrel, didn't know about that til tonight.
They have a simple life if not being disturbed.
I love the first capture. A perfect portrait of the squirrel!! I have tried several times to get one like that, but they are so nervous that I have lost them all the time!! LoL
They look huge, Diane! I like the close up shot in the second one, just adorable!
I am sure jealous of that squirrel!
They look a whole lot bigger than our northern squirrels. haaLove that last beach shot! Wonderful!
