Hiya diane,
Such a sweet coloured header picture of the cactus.

Good speech wasn't it?
So much tragedy all over the world, under all our skies today.

So sorry at the tragedy in Arizona, Diane. We--as a country--need to get a better handle on how to help those with mental illness. The ACLU has scared all of us and encouraged us not to get involved. To them (ACLU) it's all about everyone's RIGHT to be the way they are and to do the things they do. That's just sad to me --since there are so many signs that this young man needed some serious help. Sad sad situation --where others got hurt and killed.

Hugs,
Betsy

Do You know why did he want to kill her?

Hello Amin, the shooter was mentally ill; nobody knows what he was thinking. Thank you for your question, it is important to find out how it happened so that similar tragedies can be prevented.

I like the quote, and the cactus reaching up to the sky, as if in hope or prayer.
