Hello!
Very beautiful photos!

Wonderful animal photographs! I love the little squirrel!

Gorgeous pictures! I love the depth in the first photo. The little squirrel is, of course, a show stopper. I love seeing things through "new eyes".

Absolutely beautiful pictures. I too am in love with that perky little squirrel ... or is it a chipmunk? I'm not sure! Either way, he's ADORABLE.

Diane AZ said...

Hi Clytie, the little guy who looks like a chipmunk is a Harris' Antelope ground squirrel. :D

I could kiss that horse right on his nose. Or hers. I just adore horses. I went to Fountain Hills yesterday and north of the highway there was a whole herd munching whatever they could find there. I was in the wrong lane to take a picture.

Beautiful images of your desert. The horses look content.

Hello little bird, you are so sweet to have posed! Have you ever read any Proust?

Isn't it amazing how different the world looks where you are and where I am? Completely different colors, textures, lansdscapes...both so beautiful:)

Diane I'm loving your images of the cardinal..did not know they were here in AZ!!
It's about this dramatic drop in temps today....BRRRR!!!

Diane AZ said...

Hi, the bird is a Pyrrhuloxia, the SW cousin of Northern Cardinal. Cardinals are found here also. :)

Your photos are so beautiful. I never get tired of looking at them.

Hi Diane, It's true that I am looking at things with new eyes --since I started photography... I see things which I never looked at before!!!!

Great pictures... Love that bird in the 2nd photo.
Hugs,
Betsy

Hello!
I liked the capture in the second photo very much!

Great shot of the beautiful cardinal but my favorite of course is the little ground squirrel. He is adorable but he looks so tiny compared to our tree squirrels.
