The trails (where I usually walk) reopened last week after being closed for a month. Here are some snapshots from the past week:

Seing all of them I would enjoy too! I dont think I ever seen jackrabbit, he looks so funny :) And I love lizards, and birds, and cacti, and your photos... :))

I agree with Tracy! How do you do it? These are wonderful. Have you ever thought about submitting any of your photos to the Arizona Game and Fish? They do a calendar annually and I just know that they would love to see some of your photos.

These rich, but muted, colors are exactly as I picture a desert to be. The feeling of heat rising from the surface, the heaviness of the arid air, the special adaptation of the life there, are all brought to life here.
