Butterflies

These are a few of the first butterflies I noticed around here this spring:

Definitively spring! I usually always found difficult to take the picture of a white butterfly. The ones you took of the spring azure are excellent!

Not too many butterflies where I live but so happy what is left of my citrus grove is blooming and the bees are back this year ! So happy.

Gorgeous butterflies, Diane... We have a few around here --but not too many so far. Won't be long though before we have more.....

Oh I love the butterflies in Arizona. I would love to learn more about the different species and where to find them. You've captured their essence beautifully.

It's amazing how the butterflies have come out in larger numbers. I noticed several Painted Ladys on hikes. Excellent shots. I'm loving the outdoors this year. It has been a nice winter and Spring started off on a good note:)
