My fountain had some very thick ice on it too.
I have been thinking of walking around my home and just taking some photos to post.
I would love to feed the birds like you do but I am sure the neighbors pack rat posh hotel complex would love it more !

I am always amazed that you get ice in the desert. You live in a place surrounded by so much natural beauty Diane.

I really like your backyard just not used to seeing ice there. So glad it's warmed up.

Nawet Was zima dorwała, nie lubię jej u nas. Wokół domu dużo się dzieje. Są ptaki, które dokarmiasz, kotki i zamarznięta woda :(. Piękne jest też niebo. Pozdrawiam.
Even the winter I catch you, I do not like it here. Around the house a lot going on. These are birds that feeding, females and frozen water: (. Lovely is also sky. Yours.

Great mix of shots! I particularly loved the colors of the sky photos, as well as the ice, even though I usually prefer your animal ones... Guess I'm just in an elemental mood right now. ;-)

Great series Diane, loved all your photos. Looks a bit chilly out there too, expect a nice hot bowl of soup would be very comforting after a walk outside. Have a great weekend :)

Lovely photos of your visiting birds. I hope you're staying away from the icicles and enjoying your winter soups.
