Spring

Good morning!  Here are more snapshots from early March at the canyon:

Last year's agave blossom is still standing!

Fremont Cottonwood

Sara orangetip butterfly

desert chicory with green sweat bee

house finch

ocotillo

teddy bear cholla

And, around the house and garden...

yellow bulbine

I made a rosebud baby quilt for Amelia Rose.

Odin Kitty helped.

Also this month, I had fun visiting my new granddaughter and family in Massachusetts.  I'm planning to post some pictures here from a spring bulb show that we attended.

Have a good day!

Śliczny kotek pomagał Ci szyć kołderkę. Gratuluję wnuczki. Ptak siedzi na kaktusie i patrzy razem ze mną na piękne krajobrazy. Pozdrawiam.
Pretty kitty help you sew quilt. Congratulations granddaughter. Bird sitting on a cactus and look with me at the beautiful scenery. Yours.

I was totally blown away by the red color in the bird-feeder! Beautiful! Hope those amazing cat eyes didn't notice it ;)

Have a great trip, Diane. Love the quilt. It's so pretty and perfect for that new granddaughter. Hope the weather warms up some for your trip...

Love your photos. We haven't seen an of our Brown Thrashers yet--but once it gets warm here, we'll see them.

Love that Teddy Bear Cholla. That is an awesome photo.

Have fun.
Hugs,
Betsy

Love the variety in this post ... usually I can pick a couple of favorites but this time they're all uniquely spectacular and I just cannot... ;-) Although the last one of those green eyes ... hmmm, that one may be the winner! LOL
