Cloud Comfort

Scattered clouds early Tuesday morning helped the hot desert feel a little cooler.

I thought for sure I was going to have my favorite right off the mark with that second photo of the puffy bird (sorry! LOL I don't know birds!) but, oh my, LOVE the one of the dove on the saguaro flower!!! We have a momma dove in a nest in our orange tree and I'm so hoping that the baby survives hatching because momma didn't do a very good job of making the nest sturdy...

As always, very beautiful pictures, and I so love that picture of the saguaro with bird and flower

Hi Darla, I know what you mean about dove nests, it seems amazing that any eggs can stay in those flimsy nests long enough to hatch!

Diane, what is the first bird? I'm with Darla on this!!!
And the last photo... wow.

Hi Brenda, my best guess for the first bird is ash throated flycatcher.
