We had a Mum Quail walk pass our window with her new chicks following her in a line, on Mothers Day morning. I always have lots of Quail families around my home.
Beautiful photos today.
I did a spring Prickly Pear post today on my blog !

cheers, parsnip

That is a meaningful walk.

Your quail are so fat compared to the ones on this side of Tucson! LOL Great photos as always; the bee zooming in on the saguaro flower is an awesome capture.

You are lucky to live in such a wild and beautiful place. I think your photos of the wild rabbits are my favourites.

My goodness, these are all stunning! What is that parrot-like bird? The silhouetted saguaros are gorgeous.

Hi Candace, that would probably be the pyrrhuloxia, related to cardinal.

Thanks, I've never even heard of it, much less seen one but I'd like to :)
