Have a great day!
These are really great. I don't know how you got those gnatcatchers to sit still for their photos. Love the singing bluebird!
ReplyDeleteAgain you have done it again....
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy your photos because I think I know where you have taken them and it is fun to see a different side of the same area.
But it is your bird photos that amaze me. Quite fabulous.
cheers, parsnip
Wow!!! Awesome shots. Notice the Phainopepla and the Desert Mistletoe in one shot!!! That is great. I love the Black Throated Sparrow.....really nice clearn photos of our birds right now:)
ReplyDeleteWonderful and I love that the last one is sharing your cheer to "have a great day!" LOL
ReplyDeleteMohawk "do's" seem to be in fashion! I love the Bluebird.

I gotta say that some of them birds look angry. :-)
ReplyDeleteAll excellent captures and the last one says it all.

oh Diane, you have such wonderful collection of birds, some of them I just learned from you, love your photos always.
ReplyDeleteAwesome shots! Looks like that guy in last pic is hollerin out "Have a great day"!!! So sweet!
ReplyDeletelove your bird photos
ReplyDeleteThey are all look so sweet and cute. Good to see that they all have their own poses and proud of themselves.
ReplyDeleteWonder what equipment you use to shoot the birds... lovely shots, all of them...
ReplyDeleteHi Lrong, The birds are far away when I take the pictures. I use a hand-held point-and-shoot camera that has 20X zoom and then crop the images later with Photoshop. Thanks for your question. :)
ReplyDeleteFinally! I now know what those cute little birds are...blue-grey gnat catchers. They are so cute. This morning there was a Black Phoebe looking for bugs on the back porch. No pictures though.
ReplyDeleteTracy - yes, my son pointed out that the male gnatcatcher's eyebrow makes it look like an angry bird. :]
ReplyDeleteDiane, you did it again! So many great pics! My favorite is n#4, what a cool hair style and sharp eye ;)
ReplyDeleteYou have so many beautiful birds, Diane. They are all adorable.
ReplyDeleteA lovely series! We noted a male Phainopepla at our home out there a couple of visits ago. We've yet to see the Western Bluebirds there, however.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful birds with exotic names - pure joy to see them.
ReplyDeletewhat pretty birds!
ReplyDeleteexceptional shots! nice contrast on the colours used!
