At Sabino Canyon at 7:00am the place looked so different with a dusting of snow on the cacti. It seemed everyone was taking pictures! The sun was playing peek-a-boo and the snow was slipping off of cacti left and right, but these pictures should give an idea of what the desert looked like.

Lovely series of photos. The sky is colorful and beautiful on the first shot. I like the peeks of sunlight showing up on the later images. And I did not miss the woodie either, great sighting.

It started snowing at my home about 11 and kept on all day. I am just about 3 minutes from Sabino and we were completely covered in snow !

This just takes my breath away. If it has this effect on me, I can imagine that you are still holding your breath at all this beauty. I especially like the silver/gold pictures.
