  2. I just followed a sad documentary about the monarchs yesterday on tv. It said that their future is compromised because of the deforestation in Mexico, they have nowhere to reproduce when they migrate from the States and get to their previous spots.

  14. Pretty! Is that a Monarch? It looks like one but it doesn't seem to have enough webbing on the wings. Oh, it's a Queen, I think. I was at the Monarch exhibit at DBG the other day and have those photos on my blog now. However, I never see Monarchs, Queens, Viceroys, any of those, wild in my yard although I see plenty of other b-flies.
