Summer Skies

So far, July has been an enjoyable month for skywatching.







On the morning of the supermoon, there were just a few thin clouds where the moon was setting...





and plenty of clouds in the opposite direction where the sun was rising.

    Gorgous series of skies. But my favourite appears in the first photo with the variety of white shapes over the delightful scene.

    Fantastic super moon shots, and, yes, the clouds have been marvelous so I'm happy to see your captures of some of them. I am totally reveling in monsoon this year -- all these wonderful clouds and the heavy rains. Nearly every morning at 5:30, when we walk the clouds provide lovely diversity for the sun to rise within. :-)
