Skywatch - Bear Canyon
Greetings from the Sonoran Desert! Here are some sky pictures from our long walk in Bear Canyon on Monday. The temperature was a crisp 40 F when we started at sunrise and had climbed to a pleasant 70 F by the time we finished around 1:30PM.

Fantastic captures, Diane! As everyone knows by now -- I say it often enough, I have a thing about trees/cactus etched darkly against the sky and your first pic is one of the reasons! Stunning! Hope you have a great weekend!

I think I remember Bear Canyon, out in the northeast area toward Sabino Canyon, no? Love the pics!
I know this is sky watch - but I love the third picture of the cactus. It looks like they are standing around talking to each other.
the sunset shot made me think of the crucifixion, with all the cacti silhouette against the dramatic sun.
