Warm Colored Flowers

The picture of the Lily was taken in Wisconsin where I was visiting family, including my sweet little grandson, Tyler Jet. :)  The rest of the pictures are from Tucson where the Mexican Birds of Paradise are still going strong as are the Lantanas.  Barrel cacti are starting to bloom too.

Glad you got to do some visiting with family.
I love all of these "warm" flowers, but especially that crown of blossoms on the barrel cactus.

The colors not only attracted the bee, they attracted me too.

What beautiful flowers! I am not an orange lover (didn't I already say that somewhere?) but I truly admire this color. How stunning!

Beautiful flowers, but I love your barrel cactus flowers most because I don't see them here. Such an interesting flower to see.

Yellow and orange... so warm and beautiful! The Mexican Birds of Paradise grow really well here also. Good shot with Tyler Jet ;-D

Those warm colors are surely representatives of the heat...yet I remain amazed they can bloom with such fullness.

Orange,Yellow and Reds make the scene even hotter.

I am growing daylilies in a climate where it reaches 46C in the summer.I am glad they are more heat tolerant than expected.
