"I like nonsense -- it wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living. It's a way of looking at life through the wrong end of a telescope... and that enables you to laugh at all of life's realities." ~Dr. Seuss
What great photos. So intriguing and a fabulous quote to go with it.
What kind of camera do you use ? Daughter and Sons have cameras that you can keep on shooting several photos in sequence and that is fabulous. I use a little "point and click" (just found a new one in Japan) but for size, weight and ease that all I can use now.
Your close-up shots are always so clear with great detail Fabulous !
Japanese son picked out a Casio, Exilm and I am still learning how to use it... I fell in love with the Casio cell phones in Japan and I want one so this was the next best thing...
Diane, I love your gorgeous statues! The sepia in the first one is truly amazing with it, gives it an historical feel.....It is superb composition, congrats, you do great work!!
Very interesting photo...
ReplyDeleteHaha. Nice shot!

Hi Parsnip, I also use a "point and click". Mine is a Canon PowerShot with a 20X zoom which comes in handy for bird pics. :)
ReplyDeleteFun stuff! Ravens are known for displaying a sense of enjoyment in their flight, and I'm convinced that one of my cats 'plays the clown.'
ReplyDeleteThat's a very unique shot!
ReplyDeleteIt's not every day, that you can see a photo, like that. Bravo.

How true - there's nothing like nonsense to calm you down and have some fun.
ReplyDeleteI love unique shots, Diane, and that is one for sure... Wonder what that bird was searching for?????? ha ha
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Hugs,
Betsy
The statue looks like a traffic cop stopping the bird in mid flight.
ReplyDeleteWonderful!
is the crow curious or something?
ReplyDeleteThat is wonderfully nonsensically funny.
ReplyDeleteOh wow that bird real?
ReplyDeleteGood shot and quick thinking!
That is so true!
ReplyDeleteHow nonsense the crow is .
ReplyDeleteJust wanted to pop in to say, Happy Thanksgiving!
ReplyDeletereminds me of an old movie by A Hitchkock.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos, Diane!
ReplyDeleteHope you had a great Thanksgiving..
