Spring Birds

Here are some pictures from April and May. I saw the desert birds on nature walks and took most of the yard bird photos through the window.

    Some of the birds have gorgeous colours. The hummingbird is pretty awesome too. It's my son's favourite bird.

    My goodness - you have a paradise for birds there in the desert! What a wonderful photo of the hummingbird nesting - is that in your yard? I love the photo of all your finches hanging on the feeder.

    Pretty. I finally got the phainopepla. Now I need the pyrrhuloxia! And the black-throated sparrow. The hummer is cute.
