All three are great but the second one is magical!
Looks like a beautiful festival for nature!
You do come up with great color. The first image is my favorite of the group. It's a keeper for sure.
I love the geographic features of the southwest. I agree with cieldequimper, the second shot is great!!
They are all nice photos. The second one is fantastic - really subtle.
Beautiful photos!
I like the reflection in the puddle in that second picture.
The second one is great, but truly, if you embiggen the third one, that little bird on the far right made me laugh out loud!
I hope I can be one of them in the third picture.
Well some enjoyed the rain. :DI hope it's all gone and back to the 70's next week---cause we are headed that way. Yippee!
It is fun to see water puddles in the desert. I'm surprised to see the blue sky today.
Hi Diane, Great pictures. Love the reflections in the 2nd one. Amazing!!!Hugs,Betsy
Terrific shots, Diane! I love the reflections in the first shot! Wonderful colors! Enjoy your weekend!Sylvia
Gorgeous shots, the first one is like a post card. The little birds in the puddle are my favorite, it's the one on the far left that made me chuckle.
wonderful photos and a perfect quote!
Glad to know that it rained! I am sure water is the most 'wanted' thing in any desert. I like the first pic very much. The path is like leading one to the mountains. Nice place for trekking :-D

I'm glad you got your much needed rain. Maybe a little too much all at once looking at you previous post. That blue bird on the left seems to be saying "why are you looking at me in my bath?" I love his expression.

There is nothing more refreshing and inspirational than being outdoors after the rainstorm and your photos eloquently display the beauty of it all.
Wonderful landscape and colors!Something one longs for on a dull grey winter's morning, thank you,Merisi
Loving them all...Reflections, shadows, nature. Gorgeous!Happy SSS---
Beautiful, especially the first shot!
Those birds sure are having fun. :)
The mud makes for great pictures and is also a great sign of a connection to cleaner air I like the second photo the best.Tom
Love the picture of the ducks. Very cute shot.
It was so gloomy when it's raining, again sunny and cheery after the rain.
The bluebirds look like they are truly enjoying the water. The second image is like a reverse mirage; seeing the desert in water. How cool is that?!The first image is so perfect; I can smell the wet dirt and creosote. =) Great lighting; I like the feel of this one.
I like the composition and the lighting in the first photo. It looks beautiful. The bathing birds are interesting.
