The second one is great, but truly, if you embiggen the third one, that little bird on the far right made me laugh out loud!

I hope I can be one of them in the third picture.

Well some enjoyed the rain. :D
I hope it's all gone and back to the 70's next week---cause we are headed that way. Yippee!

It is fun to see water puddles in the desert. I'm surprised to see the blue sky today.

Gorgeous shots, the first one is like a post card. The little birds in the puddle are my favorite, it's the one on the far left that made me chuckle.

Glad to know that it rained! I am sure water is the most 'wanted' thing in any desert.

I like the first pic very much. The path is like leading one to the mountains. Nice place for trekking :-D

I love these. The quote perfectly describes this series. The second one is really interesting, the cactus look almost like candles on a cake. Great shots! Kathy

I'm glad you got your much needed rain. Maybe a little too much all at once looking at you previous post.

That blue bird on the left seems to be saying "why are you looking at me in my bath?" I love his expression.

It was so gloomy when it's raining, again sunny and cheery after the rain.

The bluebirds look like they are truly enjoying the water.

The second image is like a reverse mirage; seeing the desert in water. How cool is that?!

The first image is so perfect; I can smell the wet dirt and creosote. =) Great lighting; I like the feel of this one.
