I forgot to go out to see the moon rise, your photo is wonderful. What kind of camera do you have ? I have a very nice Casio Exilim point and click that son bought me on my last trip to Japan. It is good for me because it is small and light as lifting my arm and holding up anything is impossible. But as much as I like it I never get the wonderful close-ups you do. You have such a good eye.
Outstanding shots Diane!!! Your supermoon is incredible. Sadly, I tried the same thing over at Saguaro East but my shots were terrible! Great captures!
Thanks Parsnip, I've been using a Canon SX10, a point-and-shoot, but rather heavy because of the long zoom lens. Your Casio sounds nice and portable. :)
I think it's really something wrong with me, because lately I feel like I want to eat (???) your pictures. So colorful and delicious! And, by the way, never seen blooming pomegranate, amazing flower!
There was something almost unearthly about the early pictures. The restshow us your never disappointing gift for finding just the right combination of light, color, and image.
beautiful picture, and that moon picture with the saguaro is very unique, i have seen so many of the same moon pictures already, but this one has one very unique and beautiful silhouette.

Your saguaro and moon are amazing.
Believe or not, I saw lots of prickly pears in bloom down at the North Carolina coast this weekend. They just look so out of place . . .
Those oleanders are extraordinary... so vivid and prolific.
The saguaro / supermoon shot is absolutely stunning. Very worthy of framing or greeting card. You should think about offering your work for sale!
