An awesome series of photos! I remember taking photos of the ocotillo, and seeing it come alive after a rain. Never saw it bloom or the beautiful birds, that's very special!
Śliczne delikatne kwiaty i wielu gości. Dla mnie najmilszym był koliber. Pozdrawiam. Beautiful delicate flowers and many guests. For me it was the nicest hummingbird. Yours.
Oh! Oh! (yes, that's me jumping up and down in joy over the spectacular Ocotillo blooms) I will have to make special note of this post so that I can return to it repeatedly; the Ocotillo was the first desert plant I fell in love with two years ago and it still captivates me. So, thanks for these awesome photos!
Ocotilla blossoms, in fact the entire plant, is my favorite from the dessert. I was in Tuscon years ago and saw a fence around a house made up of Ocotilla remains. I have wondered, to this day, if they bloom.

The fourth picture stopped me in my tracks. That is a wonderful capture. I am awed by the beauty of it.
