They are not one of my favorite plants/flowers. After they bloom I always have the gardener cut all the dead foliage down to the ground around my home. But some of your photos make them looks so nice. Now I will have to go outside and see if my Brittlebrush look like sunflowers in your beautiful photos.
Isn't yellow such an empowering color? I always associate with a color of vibrancy and hope but I remember I had only worn this color once in my life so far! Nice shots!

These flowers, like a little sunshine. It's nice to look at because of our cold, cloudy and sometimes it snows. Regards.
Πανέμορφα ανοιξιάτικα!!!

Beijos e boa semana.

I imagine that anything more robust than a butterfly would cause it some injury then.
These really add some great color and splash to your desert shots. Beautiful!
Boa tarde, publicação maravilhosa, as cores e a qualidade, transmitem na perfeição a força da natureza.

I didn't know what they were called, I thought they were just some sort of mini-sunflower. I guess they are. Thanks.
It has been an amazing season for Brittlebush hasn't it? Our land is a sea of gold. Great post.
What GORGEOUS colors indeed! Love the butterfly, too!

The brittlebrush is putting on quite a display. Beautiful photos, and nice capture of the butterfly.
I think that brittlebrush grows here too. It sure looks familiar.
