We went on a longer hike than usual, enjoying the rock formations, wildflowers and views. It was fun to do some trail running (with shoes) as well as barefoot hiking.
Those rock formations are incredible. I noticed that the two of you are always barefoot . . . I could never do that. Aren't you afraid of thorns, sharp rocks and infection? My old feet are so tender that I wear slipper in the house. I am so happy that I found your blog, it is so interesting. Have a lovely week. Connie :)

Wow two post !
It is coming up to our super hot time so barefoot walking/running will be put on hold for awhile.
cheers, parsnip
You are brave barefoot hiking in the desert......Cholla!
Such a nice surrounding!
I still admire you walking barefoot... (smiling here)
I could not imagine myself walking barefoot in the desert. How do you manage to do that?
Καλή άνοιξη, καλές διαδρομές.
Beautiful scenery. In the second to last shot, the rock looks just like the head and face of a hook-nosed man.
Nice photos...
Kind regards,
Mike
